Mijung Kwon

1991

Mijung  Kwon was born in Seoul, South Korea. She began her first vocal  training  at Kaywon Arts High School. From 2010 to 2015, she studied  singing at  Yonsei University in the class of Eunjin Suh and Jungwon  Shin, where she  completed her bachelor's degree. After completing her  bachelor's  degree, she came to Germany and successfully completed a  contact course  in the field of lieder singing with Elif Sahin at the  Stuttgart  University of Music. After two years of diverse musical  experiences, she  joined the Frankfurt Music Academy, where she studied  early music  singing with Edmund Brownless. She completed her studies in  concert and  oratorio singing at the Protestant University of Church  Music Halle with  good grades. She is currently working with pianist  Jungmin Lee as a  Lied duo.

Jungmin Lee

Pianist

Jungmin Lee was born in Seoul, South Korea in 1994. After graduating  from the music high school in Seoul, she studied at Hanyang University.  In 2018 she continued her studies at the Dresden University of Music  with Prof. Pia Kaiser and graduated with an artistic master's degree in  2020. In 2020, Jungmin Lee began her studies at Folkwang University with  Prof. Thomas Hoppe and successfully completed her master's degree in  chamber music piano in 2023. At the same time, in 2022 she began an  artistic postgraduate course with the aim of passing the concert exam at  the Martin Luther University with Prof. Albrecht Hartmann.
